Tyke Class

 Music:

Learning songs in-group situations melodic listening, melodic singing, imitation and performance. Rhythmic chanting listening and performance, sound reorganization, instrument recognition.

 Movement:

 It is healthy for all ages to move and promote a physically healthy life style. In our movement portion of class we promote gross and fine motor skill development. Many children can learn to jump, clap and move rhythmically. Watching other children and parents enjoy fun dances and moves. There is dancing in groups while imitating repetitious action.

 Exploration:

Sensory stimulations and awareness through touch visual stimuli and listening to various sounds of the seasons. Exploration will focus on the four seasons of the year. Each season will allow children to explore the wonders of nature through the three seasons of sight sound touch. Exploration also focuses on the things we may not experience in everyday life like various animals textures and sounds

 

  • Tyke Quest Classes are 45 minutes long
  • Fee. $8 per child, per class.
  • Maximum of 13 children (including family) in class

  • Minimum of 5 Children in a class
  • 1-2 teachers in class (depending on number of children)
  • All teachers have FBI, Child Abuse, and Background checks.
